I love the food in Thailand because of the exotic spices they use. Their style of cooking is unique to their culture and always amazing.

More of this!!!! I love all these regional family recipes that you never get to see in restaurants and the recipes are impossible to find. I would love to curate all my grandmothers recipes this way too

Doesn't matter where you live, mom and grandma's cooking is always the BEST, especially if you're a student subsisting on instant ramen at the end of the month!

As much as Mark and his family travel, it never occured to me that THEY HAVE to have a home, just like everybody else. If I was Mark and his family, I would NEVER move from where they live. It's very spacious and simple.

Thanks again for a really great video Mark. You have inspired me to make more curry dishes. I love the fact that you are filming in the 4K mode too. I have the same Lumix GX8 camera and it's really a great camera. It takes a few more seconds to focus in auto focus, but it is well worth it to see that food in a high degree of resolution.

My great-grandfather's favorite fish to eat was mullet. But as my family increased in wealth living in America it was mostly abandoned? Mark it is very special for me to see you eating it, because I mostly only ate it with him as a young child.
