Yes, and it's really sweet. Most kids would love this dish even they do not like garlic and onion because everything go really smooth with the sweet sauce and egg yolk, they don't really noticed they ate it. Lol

Something very satisfying watching someone who actually has knife skills. That oil after frying garlic, chilis, shallots, etc is like liquid gold! I can only imagine the fragrance that oil has. You could bottle and sell that! Lol It's also amazing the chef was able to first boil the eggs, then fry them until brown and crispy yet when cut in half the yolks are so perfectly soft! People don't realize the skill involved in something seemingly simple. I like the fact the eggs are the main course 👌. I have never seen simple boiled eggs turned into such a beautiful dish, well done to the chef!

Beautiful knife skills. That oil is very well seasoned. Now I would hate doing the egg peeling. Very labor intensive, time consuming; but it looks delicious.
