It was good to hear David's journey. Thanks for bringing that to us. As to your question? Easy? No. In my experience the only easy way to make money is to inherit it. There is no easy way to be a world class investor like David or really, world class anything.
David's bust call is terrifying, especially considering he's been eerily accurate on his calls.
Glad to hear there might be hope for TLT and EDV, David. I had almost given up but I will hang on.

I like David Hunter. Interesting to hear his professional journey here. He has been much maligned for his views but he has so far been largely correct.
the oil call is what seals it...could be a wild summer.
What will the catalyst be for the melt up to 7000 S&P, money seems tight at the moment, so where’s the slack coming from that’ll take us there? Great interview guys btw, really enjoyed this!

End of may the US will start buying back it's bonds. That's one factor
David has been incredibly accurate, although the timeline is not, which he acknowledged. As always, thanks

Timelines are impossible to predict.
I know david doesn't like cryptos but I find it funny that he think banks are gonna fail and dismiss btc completely.
Dave has been calling this melt up for 2 years….still waiting on his $100 GDX call.
