It's a nice map that's easy to understand with it's relatively simple layout and with the 666 mission giving so many starting credits, it allows for a large range of game play making it very forgiving when experimenting with the different weapons in the game. Just a shame there's no MvM tutorial first and having this as an unlock once completing the tutorial. With it being listed first and being a different colour in the list from the rest, it's often the map first time players go to which can spell disaster for a team if there's too few there with experience, especially with language barriers and recently Valve disabling the ability to inspect non-party member layouts and disabling f2p ability to communicate.

Hurts to see such a low FOV

Sorry to disappoint. This was a recording I did years ago on an underpowered laptop when I was learning how to turn the demo game files into recordings. I've done Ghost Town before with 3 using Beggar's Bazooka many times and I think I even have a recording here somewhere of it too and 2 is possible as well if you're on a server that doesn't enforce the minimal of 3 to start requirement, but I don't see how completing it with 1 would be possible without giving yourself extra credits at the very least. It's certainly outside my skill set.

I was gonna ask if you know a guy called Ray then I realized it's the same nightangel I'm friends with on steam 😂

It's even better now that Valve has made it possible to festivize the Air Strike as of the December 2017 update. In more recent videos on the channel, the Air Strike I'm using in my 2021 runs is the same Air Strike as here except it's now festivized too.

When I did this 5 years ago, I was mostly experimenting here to see if the splash damage range increase was noticeable moreso than doing anything practical or optimal. Our team was far from optional, but I wasn't worried about us not doing enough damage before the tanks. Ideally yes, rocket specialist past the first tick would be a waste of credits and better invested into damage and clip size. I remember one time that we beat wave 666 with only soldiers it was too easy
