I think this GTESS System is good for Rapid On-Demand setup of Observation Post (OP) in the Battlefield. :-)

This will be used by police during civil strife to track drones, they could attach some kind of laser weapon to it to shoot them down. I doubt it would have much use on the battlefield.

Except that makes no sense whatsoever and if such a phenomenon where to happen why would civilian s get drones from how would they know how to use them?
