Those m1117 they look cool and prety strong equpted with a mrap armor, 1 m2 browning 12.7mm and mk19 40mm grenade launchers on a turret

Just put a gallon of Slime for small holes or expanding foam that hardens. Or the kevlar run flat system. You wont even need tired. Theres also solid rubber wheels.

In Nam, MPs used these for convoy escort along with "gun trucks". Those were modified heavily armed 2 1/2 ton trucks. Charlie ambushed convoys at his peril😊😊😊😊😊

i prefer the Arnold Schwarzenegger type of commando.

No rear doors , not good when being ambushed , philippine commando and simba tank very versatile than these textron apc

What do you mean these are basically a modern version of the V-150 commando used by the Philippine army, and as far as i know they don't have rear door because the engine is at the back the Simbas are the one with rear door because the Engine is at the front. V-150 commando and GKN Simba are not tanks they are also APC.

You will be absolutely gobsmacked to realize that these Textron vehicles are based on the V-150 Commando. Our Philippine V-150s are not Tanks aswell, they are still APCs, or more accurately; Armored Cars.

No rear egress. Good luck getting out of the sides during an ambush.

good luck getting out of ANY exit from an APC/ifv, even the rear. Do some of you really think that you have a good chance to survive exiting THE FUCKING REAR of the vehicle during a organized guerrilla ambush? omg you people are stupid.

Not comparable. That's an APC, this is a light security vehicle. Intended for armored patrol.

@@jborreggine8759 Actually comparable. The M117 is based on the VAB which the VAB itself is comparable to BTR-80 :P. Different terms, but same armour. The BTR is intended for patrol too. So is the VAB. and the M117
