I agree sir...I also read robbins only....as I made mistake in my 1st year by not reading standard books....and only reading books for exams...but this didn't go well ....so I had thought that I will try to read only standard books.....as this will help us in long run.... Thankyou sir for guiding....🙂

The problem with new MCI curriculum (2019 batch onwards) is that we just have 10-11 months in 2nd prof. (& not 18 months as it used to be) So completing Robbins+KDT+Shastry seems quite a tough task in short time along with University Exam. Can You tell me how to manage & study according to new curriculum?

The same problem for me..but i know follow is Read Robbins daily only 10-page..(it will take 1-1.5 hour) Then for pharma read and try to learn drug name(not all but the ones which are most important) For micro (shast) read 1 chapter before sleeping ..the chapter are concise in it..and if you think it's a big chapter divide into 2 parts not more than that.... MOST IMPORTANT REVISE daily just for 15 min before starting the new topic..

You must start from day 1 Most of us usually waste 6 months anyway in 2nd year So this time around make sure to start early

The pledge that i took in second year is only and only robbins for patho and i could manage the whole year very well by touching no book other than robbins🤩🤩!! That fluffy answer part was spot on!😂 Waiting for a video on your approach to psm subject.

If you have time go for Robbins, but if you are studying for upcoming exams and short on time.. HM will help you write answers for exams

Robbins for the win 💯❤️

I m from the CBME batch. We dont have bacteriology, virology, parasitology etc in our 1st and 2nd paper distributions.. Instead we have systemic infections... Like blood infection, rs, general microbiology under paper 1 and the rest of systemic infections like Git, skin, hepatobilary system, cns urogenital system covered in our 2nd paper... I m glad that apurba sastry new edition is based on our curiculum.. And made such changes.. But when i look for lecture videos in marrow... They always start up by completing bacteriology and going to virology.... So how should i make my notes.. For the best way to remember to prepare for NEXT. Pls do clarify this doubt sir👀
