I have an old Killer Bee dx250 hd that I've had for over 20 years. That thing used to rock! I'd like to send it to you for a possible refurbish.

Ppl call them feedbacks ..there actually calls parasitic harmonic suppressors... I always solder the switches on Texas star... ..bit most important is the ground distribution

The general transistor is very heat sinsative ... So if they get very hot .it can kill the gain of the device ..

Ground is key on all Texas stars they want ground .add ground distribution..and u will.see improvment

i just acquired one of these today and mine does not say texas star on it....just says killer bee and dx 250 hdv on the other side and has a bee in the middle.....?? is it a clone or is there such thing

Man gat I don't agree with the squeeze clamps that u use.. haven't ever thought of setting up a b plus bar for your bench so u can tie the amp in... The first time the red clip touches ither one of the so -239s the amp will short .. well atlest blow fuse .. I wouldn't be comfortable with the clamps ..also current restrictions
