Governor Greg Abbott witnessed 102 Counties destroyed by Hurricane Alberto. It will take about 12 to 18 months for these 102 counties to recover. Therefore, there will not be anything to trade from these 102 Counties - The trade deal to whatever that country he promises to will view this as a ' ponzi scheme '.
