Connor has not fully recovered from his injury, he had a makeshift offensive line, and none of his best receivers. The bone fracture has healed but the muscles and tendons in his foot are only starting to recover their mobility. officially he should not even be practicing. but he and coach Klein want to get him comfortable in the mechanics of the new offense. His execution is not backed to par, but he showed a lot of recovery from the beginning of spring practice up to the spring game. You are essentially kicking him while he is still down!

@@user-gv5sj5sk5e you don't have to be on the coaching staff when you listen to reports and do your homework to to keep up and know about your team players. This was stated weeks prior to the maroon/white scrimmage and even Connor mentioned it on Billy L. podcast.

Conner will be fine as long as the O-Line can hold up on their end. Dude’s ceiling is insane, just needs a little bit of help. I can’t comprehend why A&M doesn’t utilize Moose Muhammad more. That kid is an absolute animal when it comes to catching the ball!

They did a draft between the 2 elected captains. Connor had the lower level receivers. Both teams were a mismatched of all level players.

Marcel Reed looked great I thought. 1:49 I felt like Weigman should’ve tossed it to #4 either behind Scourton or over but some effort to make a play

Conner is recovering from injury. He hasn't played football at all since 1stQt of Game 3 last season. Conner was one of the top QB recruits in the Country coming out of Texas HSFB. The games he has played show he's got a massive ceiling. I'd recommend looking into the players stock more before you trash the kid so blatantly.

Will bad QB play affect the outcome of the Arkansas game? We really need the win!

@@powerhoursec yeah, he’s still coming back from injury and isn’t moving like his old self yet. The offense was also relatively vanilla compared to what Klein showed at K-State. Also the way the roster was broken up really hurt him as he was only throwing to 1 receiver who will probably break the rotation (Cyrus Allen). Conner has put enough good on film from his 8 starts that I’m not worried at all.
