We do, but most people don’t buy stuff like this because they’re bad investments as far as real estate goes. The nicer looking ones are condos, not houses, meaning low square footage, no yard. It’s like living in a luxury apartment but at least you get some equity.

He will get paid another 40-100 million depending on how good he is in five years. Also since when is buying a house some kind of waste of money?...
