Quality of life or quantity of life, that's the greatest question I suppose. Especially for men already in their seventies and eighties. I'm somewhat on the fence about it. This needs much further study. I've just started this journey and am waiting for a diagnosis. Pray for me.

PCA two years since SBRT PSA has dropped from 2.74 to 1.06 yet no urologist wants to prescribe testosterone. I am severely hypogonadal at level 25 due to years of opiate use. This makes my quality of life horrible with depression and anxiety. I could not stand it anymore so I went to a clinic and fudged my history and have been on TRT throughout treatment for cancer. Problem is I want to be upfront about it and also it costs a lot of money to go to the clinic. Help! Any doctor in NY?

As a man get older, testosterone goes down and cancer risks goes up.
