It’s the Okuma ITX Carbon. Very awesome and underrated reel.

How has that rod held up the grip specifically did that carbon fiber start fraying or un weaving?

So far so good with the grip. I had to reglue part of the reel seat cover on the top clamp but other than that, it’s been a great rod. I would I’ve landed about 100 fish on it so far mostly being hard fought smallmouths. I would recommend it to people.
