Hello! Not sure if you check comments on such old videos but I just wanted to note that for #13 you used "homo sapiens" as a mnemonic device for "heterogeneous/homogeneous" but these are actually false friends. The prefix "homo-" comes from the Ancient Greek "ὁμός" (homos), meaning "same" or "in common" whereas "homo" from "homo sapiens" is Latin for "man." This is probably not interesting to anyone but classical philologists but I thought it might be worth sharing. Thank you for all your helpful videos!

27/30 woohoo. I only got 22 on test four. Meeting these words again and again in your test has evidently been what it takes for me to finally remember words like garrulous. I used flashcards, even mnemonic ones, but after a while they kind of just blur into one another.

Hi, Thanks for the video. However, I feel, no. 4 has a problem... There are two equally suitable options : both 'censure' and 'denounce' can denote 'stigma'. In that case, why are we choosing 'denounce' specifically?

Good call. I just looled it up on Google and ‘denounce’ is the only one listed for ‘stigmatized,’ but ‘censure’ IS listed for ‘denounce.’ Pretty ambiguous. Could have been clearer. Good find Amrita!

I would recommend taking the first one, every word you miss, write down with its definition 1-3 times. Wait a few hours to a day and take it again. Don't use any definitions when you retest. Repeat this process until you get 30/30. Repeat this process and apply it to each video in the series. Good Luck
