Test Fitting 32's on RZR XP 1000 Trails & Rocks + RPM Sport Muffler on a PRO XP W/ stock plastics

We test fit Dudes 32-inch Rockzillas on Stephs 21 RZR XP 1000 Trails & Rocks edition to see how the fit and look. She plans to run 32's in the future so we wanted to get an idea if we need to change anything to make them work. We also put the RPM Sport Muffler on Dude's 21 RZR Pro XP so you can see what it looks like with the aftermarket muffler on while retaining the factory rear fascia.

They’re system 3 sb-5 and he had the beadlock ring powder coated locally
I actually like the orange beadlock ring on there, neon yellow would look good too I think. Lol I have the same machine and I was thinking of just throwing 32s on the stock wheels. I have to watch my width tho bc of where we ride around here. But yea looks way better with the 32s!!

These rims are on her machine permanently now! She’s undecided if the orange is gonna stay, it does look good though. Do you have machine width restrictions?

Yea idk I like the orange it's something different. And yes most of the places we ride have width restrictions.

Yeah the orange pops on her machine! I hear ya! We live near Wisconsin, that’s why we all have 64” wide machines. We haven’t ridden there much but wanted to keep the option open.

Yea having to be 64" kinda sucks but I never get out to the dunes or a place I can go 72" so doesn't bother me to much except when I wanna throw 35s on and then don't fit through the gates lol but hey love the videos. Workin on your sxs's in the old garage with what ya got. Relates to most people. Keep up the good work!

Do you really need a clutch kit

It was just quick test but with the heavier tire it does seem like it would benefit from a clutch kit especially in high gear.

Doesnt hurt but I have 32's on my XP Turbo and its fine with the stock clutch. Really more about how you drive it. Keep it in low more and dont take off slow. Get into the throttle a bit at take off and get the clutches gripping that belt.

Just put in a clutch kit and her machine will be fine. No need for anything else.
