My brother received a truck like this for his 16th birthday and still drives it today
Love the patina paint, as long as there is clear coat over it to protect it against rust
Sweet Ride with a 5.3 LS Swap with Mechanical Fan vs Electric fans hopefully it needs paint work

Love the engine swap! Is the rear bumper supposed to be that long? I remember a shorter, bed width one for step side. I think that’s a fleet side bed bumper?

Never seen a 79 with the square headlights. All the 79 Chevy's that I owned had the round headlights. I didn't think that the square headlights came out until the 80 model. Did someone change out the front grille assembly?

6:02 think something wrong with steering or tires just rubbing on thar 79 Squarebody stepside too bad its not a 60-66 I'd be all over it then or 67-70 model year
Patina paint job 👎. That color would have been perfect as is . Or original patina of it had any. Clean truck nonetheless .
