On Sunday, July 19 The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim were set to take the field against the Boston Red Sox, airing on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball. I was the lucky girl who was going to sing God Bless America on national TV, as well as the National Anthem and Take Me Out to the Ballgame. But...the game was rained out! Since California is in a drought, we couldn't be too upset. And since this was the first rain out in 20 years, I feel like I was a part of history! Lucky for me, the Angels asked me to come back the next night and sing. The Angels swept the Red Sox in the series, and I was so honored to be a part of it!
