You literally moved the steering wheel to the left at @2:04 causing the autopilot to disengage (and you hear the sound.), how is it not obvious after hearing the sound that FSD disengaged. The only thing confused is you.

It's not obvious because this was our first time using FSD....hence the "not obvious" part.

This video creator said that FSD behaves much like an unconfident *teenage* *driver* . Very funny! And so very true.

You’re new to FSD. NHTSA requires Tesla to fully stop at the stop bar then creep forward to look. Many annoyed that NHTSA requires Tesla to do this since less than 0.5% of all drivers really fully stop at a stop sign.

I'm one of the 0.5%, I fully stop (shifting my car through neutral into 1st gear (I drive a 6-speed manual don't worry)).

That's what happens when you disengage FSD by taking over the wheel and then doing nothing.

That is such a tiny prompt for "autopilot disengaged" the fact that it turned on the turn signal is what led us to believe it was still on autopilot. Because as you can see the driver's left hand never touched the turn signal controls. -Ben

FSD has been in beta for almost *four* *years* . Not new. FSD currently is a basic Level 2 assistant, nothing like a human driver.
