Elon said once that he has Asperger Syndrome, he doesn’t put up with a lots of things we do because of social norms. I think the team of 500 seems to be too bloated. I also feel they are not very efficient. I drive from CA to Washington many times a year, I found there are plenty of superchargers on route, one even has 51 chargers but only one or two EV charging there each time. However once I reach Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Woodinville, i see so many Tesla in these area but I can hardly find any superchargers. Also most young professionals live in apartment in and they have to use superchargers. This team doesn’t seem to be very proactive. It’s probably good to get a new leader and reorganize the team.
