Terrifying Solo Ice Camping During Blizzard | 46 MPH Winds

Minnesota got hit with a blizzard this week and I decided to ice camp through it in my little flip over. 46 mph winds and lots of snow calls for one crazy night. With the Minnesota ice camping and fishing season coming to an end I had to get out once more. We put out new flip over tent to the test against the storm and it turned out to be able to handle it a lot better than I thought, you can find the link to the tent below if interested.

It was terrible forgot the drill for the stakes and had to use the auger to keep it in place.

Watch the first 3 minutes of the video. I explained I have multiple shacks and my other ice camping shack is a otter. It’s been such a long couple days I was tired and messed up on some of my words. I explained on screen what I meant right before the first catch. Sorry for the confusion, I just bought the new tent and was so used to talking about my otter tent I had before I called it a otter

You would sleep a lot better if you had a few beers and a few shots of some booze before bed. Blackberry brandy or maybe some Jagermeister is always good in cold weather to warm your bones. Have a good dinner, few shots and a few beers and I guarantee you will sleep better and warmer then you did in this video. Hope that helps.

Your videos are great! I am actually jealous of all your adventures! I did a lot of fun trips like that before I started a family....now all I do is work.. Probably best you don't drink. It's not good for you anyways. A good heavy meal and maybe a Benadryl before bed on a night like that should help. Look forward to your future adventures.
Noise canceling headphones could help.
