I believe that it's likely that the fight with the great Stiopic's Immigrant Mentality strengthened Ngannou's Immigrant Mentality in turn; It was a combination: Immigrant Mentality² that produced Patient Ngannou. Remembering again that Ngannou tried several times to emigrate to become a fighter, so his Immigrant Mentality was already top-notch. None can stand in Patient Ngannou's path.

I think not sparring at a certain stage isn't gonna be a detriment to elite fighters, sparing isn't a fight, your training to fight with less intensity and less stakes. Kinda makes sense that after those skills are built in you don't need the tool as much

Bisping is something else man, to come back from losing something so important, losing from a cheater no less. Dude is f’ing great
what a fantastic mma lore video. the intro got me in the mood, the stories kept me engaged, and the transitions had me laughing
The fact the Bisping had to go through so much. Viscously KOd by Henderson, lost an eye to a PED abuser, almost lost during a momentary lapse in concentration vs Silva, then having 2 weeks to prepare for a champ in Like rockhold who just MASHED Chris Weidman who was undefeated at the time and who has beaten Bisping before. Turns around and goes "fuck this, that belts mine". AND DEFNEDS AGAIN against the dude who KOd him. If he'd lived a thousand years ago he'd be in the history books as a true warrior
