OK so no woman in her right mind would live there. This brings in the question- Is there a Bates motel scenario going on there. To be fair sounds more plausible than any couple inhabiting the building. Little taxidermy and body snatching going on with the empty coffins 😁. Between old bars with knives everywhere to coffins its looking decidedly worse for you intrepid explorers. Stay safe 🙏

I always laugh when Elliott goes "I heard voices or I think there are people" and then gets Joe to sort it out 😂 love it.

Brilliant episode. My gut feeling is the man who lived there was a cross-dresser, rather than an actual woman living in that place. Flippin heck, what an adventure!

There needs absolutely no paranormal activity to make this place terrifying! This is what makes me scared of living humans. WTF. Well done Ghost Theory, because I thought I was pretty courageous but this one got me. "Not a chance" is a phrase that springs to mind. Keep up the crazy work and thank you for going places most of us wouldn't in a million years!

That’s a interesting location. I love finding abandoned places that are complete time capsules like that.

What's so cool, is that after you said " do you haunt this place", at 28:14, you can see energy in the camera, and then when you friend walked through the same area, he felt or sensed something and turned around. So cool

I saw this place on an explorer channel and they could hear things in that workshop. That was one hell of a good response though I must admit I would have been walking on water then and it wouldn't have had anything to do with the rain

Wow!!! Joe and Elliot! This was a real banger! I hate that I missed the debut but I just watched it and I was blown away. That’s the kind of place you might want to go back to at some point. All of what seemed like activity kept leaving me with an ambiguous feeling. I kept asking myself if it was or wasn’t. The EMF stuff towards the end was crazy powerful but not super responsive. Anyway. I say a part 2 is in order for sometime in the future. Thanks again!

Hi guys. I watching your videos a bit randomly and came across your second investigation of this play (and maybe third?) before this one. This is a fascinating place. That coffin falling while talking about it is definitely far beyond coincidence being that it had been in that standing position for who knows how long. Likely years. Hi guys, Get the feling that this place is genuinely haunted but the spirit is slightly belligerent and will only do things in its own good time. It will not react to anything asked of it. Please keep investigating, i like the way you alwars try to prove that stuff happens without you doing anything by having you both on camera. Incidentally, may i suggest that you go somewhere you belive to be haunted without cameras, say out loud that you have no recording equipment with you and ask for personal proof of the afterlife. I did so and can say this 100% works. Good Luck x

I don't know why but as I watched this episode I got the feeling that the person who lived there was making that coffin for himself out of the caravan that he loved so much. It meant a lot to him and he really wanted to be buried in it. And he created such a strong connection to it and this place that he's there even in death. Terrific episode guys!!!

Wow, it took a few seconds for me to realize my mouth was hung open there at the end. When you initially got replies with nearly every question I just knew you'd be led to a hatch in the floor where you'd discover a barely-still-alive woman gagged and bound. Super creepy!

Absolutely freakily out of this world. What's with that coffin though, hey! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I always find myself literally holding my breath whilst watching your videos. I was so on edge with this one.

This is going to sound loco to most……but there’s some simple straightforward knowledge you can share with an emotionally trapped spirit like Jerry, who is needing to both understand, and gain control over their situation, even if, actually especially if, the spirit isn’t ready.

I was looking for this episode after I had watched the second part with the alone challenges 🙈

'Are you trying to speak...through grunts or moans?' Said in that genuinely empathetic tone, is actually a really good put down. I've seen another session filmed here and It is a fantastically grim place. Rather you than me; good work chaps.

Great explore! It sounds like someone or something nudged the coffin board before it fell over. Can't just be a coincidence. The rain masked most noises but at times it almost sounded like low voices in the background. 👍👍👍
