I had a Jack Russell and a cat. They loved each other. When I walked my Jack the cat would follow around the block. He would jump into the bushes and then jump out over the dog. Back and forth. They were hilarious. The kids in the neighborhood loved them. I miss them so much.

@@Grandpaneedsblood Trust me my Jack was no pushover. He was my protector. He was also very well trained to respect anyone or animal in my household. Outside of that many people found out the hard way not to mess with me or him.

Its almost like these pets in these vids know and understand they are being filmed and gonna be watched by thousands of humans around the world so they really put up a performance. When the jacky tried to sniff the ginger's butt and he responded by biting the dog on his butt I lost it. 😂

These two are pretty good together. My Jack Russel likes nothing more than to be attacked by my cat. The cat is dead serious but the dog thinks it’s a fine game. Fortunately for the cat she knows not to go all out. We live in an uncomfortable detente.

Both animals respect each other's "full speed game" so they play in slow motion lol. I'm literally here because I assume cats and terriers are oil and water yet I assumed making it worse is that a persistent terrier meets it's match with most cats regarding being able to catch and kill a small furry critter so it be constant chasing and both animals be on high alert all the time in the same house. I wondered if that is good or bad. Like is it too stressful for a terrier and cat to live together because it's like living with the enemy more than most cats and dogs

Unless a jack russell is raised with a cat , they usually don't get along My girl is a jack russell , barn born no cats anywhere around , farmer said once he got Jack Russell's the cats disappeared Mother Russell apparently are very protective

I had a nice cat but when I saw scratches on my baby face out she goes my cat did this sneaking around our backs. Plus one day she also attacked friend little boy. I had enough with the cat. I has a jackrussel for 14 years she passed away. It hurt so bad best dog ever! So two months later we got a shortie jackrussel adorable little thing. We love her so much. Smart fast and funny. Pure energy!! Not for old people! Not fair to the dog. They need to run everyday.

Watching this the second time is like me going back to when I was 8 years old and messing around with my older sisters boyfriend/ future ex husband, he was like 17 or 18 and I would just sneak up on him and punch him in the arm and he wouldn’t even acknowledge that I hit him so I slowly started aiming for more sensitive areas , and before you know it I punch him in the side of his head and it hurt him because he snatched me up and had me upside down over the 2nd floor hallway railing looking down into our living rooms giant 27” tv ( when I mean giant I mean the size of the whole tv not just the screen but 27 inches was pretty big back in the early 1980’s ) begging for him not to drop me on the tv not that my first concern was my health but if I broke that tv I was really going to find out what real punishment from my mom as my dad would sit there and laugh at me .
