I can not find MOA Blue on the app or my iPhone’s settings???

I have emailed and emailed, my radiator overheated and now it blows my electrics when the plug is turned on. It is my only heater as I live in a log cabin at the end of my sisters garden. I can’t find anyone to fix it. It’s only 3 years old. I’m extremely disappointed no one has contacted me back, it’s so cold and I now have no heating.

I keep having issues with this radiator. Now I can't pair it with my phone. The phone seems to find the radiator when in Bluetooth mode but keeps failing at connecting. So I can't control anything. Previously I used to lose connection the second I walked away from the radiator. Now it just won't pair all together.

Please uninstall the application and, in the Bluetooth settings of your phone, remove (forget) the device. Then, reinstall the Terma BlueLine Next application and pair the device again. If the issue persists, please contact directly our Service Team at: service@termaheat.pl

It would be better if the timer mode was the default and you had to press and hold to turn it on permanently.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will bear it in mind while defining the functions of our future products. For safety reasons, the MOA Blue heating element has the manual control ON when activated and the minimum possible heating temperature set. For those using it as a dryer, it would indeed be more convenient for this function to be activated automatically, when the heater is switched on. However, you should remember, that this is an additional function and the primary mode of the MOA Blue heating element is ambient/radiator temperature control. Therefore, the TIMER mode is activated when the ON/OFF button is held down. Please note that we also have in our offer the DRY heating element, meant primarily as the dryer: en.termaheat.com/node/543
