I grew up in old houses with radiators. We never had a built in bread warmer, but did have a built in milk box in the wall of the house. A basement canning pantry, and a phone alcove. The radiator warmer is such a great idea, I can’t believe it wasn’t in every house with radiators.

How do i set my radiator to pairing mode? I geel like that detailed is cobsrantly glossed over online & in the app instructions. I thought parhaps graphic with a dial means "set it on 4" but makes no difference. My phone copies a code when attempting to pair but i have no where to input it

The process for activating pairing mode for each product is specified in the user manual. For example, with the MOA Blue, you activate it by pressing and holding the temperature adjustment button for 5 seconds. For the KTX Blue, you can activate pairing mode by pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds. When activated, pairing mode lasts for 30 seconds. Gemäß den Vorschriften, die in vielen europäischen Ländern gelten, muss sichergestellt werden, dass der Stromkreis in der elektrischen Installation, an den der Heizkörper angeschlossen ist, über einen geeigneten Überstrom- und Differenzstromschutzschalter mit einer Empfindlichkeit von 30 mA verfügt. Bei der dauerhaften Anschließung des Geräts an das Netz (Versionen ohne Netzsteckerkabel) ist auch ein Schalter erforderlich, der eine Trennung des Geräts an allen Polen durch Kontakte mit einem Abstand von 3 mm ermöglicht. Ein Gerät in der Version PB kann in einem Badezimmer in einem durch entsprechende Vorschriften definierten Bereich installiert werden, unter Beachtung separater Regelungen für die Ausführung der elektrischen Installation in feuchten Räumen. Andere Versionen des Geräts können in anderen Bereichen installiert werden. Personen, die unsere Produkte ohne Stecker in einem bestimmten Land montieren, sollten die Vorschriften für die Installation elektrischer Geräte in Badezimmern kennen.

W przypadku mocowań K30 można dokonać niewielkiej regulacji w płaszczyźnie ściany wykorzystując luz pomiędzy trzpieniem wkrętu a wycięciem w mocowaniu. Zakres regulacji w przypadku precyzyjnego wywiercenia otworów to 3 mm w każdym kierunku, oczywiście w płaszczyźnie ściany. Precyzja położenia otworów w ścianie pod kołki ma też tu znaczenie, gdyż w skrajnych przypadkach różnice położenia tych otworów mogą całkowicie wykorzystać zakres regulacji. Regulacja w kierunku prostopadłym do płaszczyzny ściany praktycznie jest niemożliwa przy założeniu, że wszystkie mocowania mają przylegać do ściany. Istotny wpływ na położenie samego grzejnika ma także precyzja wyprowadzenia gałązek instalacji. Może być tak, że mimo tego, że mocowania będą dawać możliwość regulacji położenia to sztywność instalacji nie pozwoli na zmianę położenia grzejnika.

I keep having issues with this radiator. Now I can't pair it with my phone. The phone seems to find the radiator when in Bluetooth mode but keeps failing at connecting. So I can't control anything. Previously I used to lose connection the second I walked away from the radiator. Now it just won't pair all together.

We recommend installing the heating element on the return side due to the temperature of the heating medium during the heating season. This temperature must not exceed 82 °C. Additionally, considering the variety of fuels (coal, pellets, gas), while gas remains temperature-stable, coal and pellets tend to have a temperature spike above the recommended 82°C, which could lead to thermal fuse damage. Whether there is a thermostatic head or another type of valve on the return side does not bear significance in this context. Wkładka termostatyczna i głowica są w zestawie razem z grzejnikiem. Dlatego do instalacji, potrzebne są tylko zawory odcinające. Zasilanie grzejnika Perła powinno znajdować się po prawej stronie. Z opisu wynika, że w Pani instalacji jest odwrotnie. Temat można rozwiązać na dwa sposoby: 1. Nie przerabiać instalacji i zastosować krzyżowy zawór odcinający. Niestety nie posiadamy takiego w naszej ofercie. Hi, I've added a schedule to my heater, the app seems to work fine but the heater didn't turn on in the morning. Is it because my phone was on airplane mode for the night? I turned off the heater before bed (green light) as i thought it would turn on by itself at 6.30 as per schedule. Does the heater need to be on all the time? The instructions on the bookpet are very poor and the android app is not very good either

Informationen zur Lochplatzierung finden Sie: - In der Montageanleitung für die Befestigungen und in der Bedienungsanleitung, die dem Heizkörper beiliegt. Dort befindet sich eine Zeichnung mit den Maßen D, E, F. - Auf der Produktseite finden Sie eine technische Zeichnung des Heizkörpers sowie eine Tabelle mit den Maßen D, E, F. In der Anleitung geben wir auch den Lochdurchmesser (10 mm) und die Tiefe (min. 80 mm) an.

Dziękujemy za cenne wskazanie. Rzeczywiście do przykręcenia śrubunku jest potrzebny klucz 26 mm. Będziemy o tym pamiętać przy okazji aktualizacji tego materiału. Natomiast do przykręcenia grzałki albo elementu grzejnego jest potrzebny klucz 22 mm albo 24 mm w zależności od modelu urządzenia.

Czy jest możliwość zresetować grzałkę? Po aktualizacji oprogramowania nie uruchamia się. Przy naciśnięciu przycisku żadna dioda się nie świeci .słychać szum z samej grzałki po kliknięciu przycisku.

For safety reasons, the MOA Blue heating element has the manual control ON when activated and the minimum possible heating temperature set. For those using it as a dryer, it would indeed be more convenient for this function to be activated automatically, when the heater is switched on. However, you should remember, that this is an additional function and the primary mode of the MOA Blue heating element is ambient/radiator temperature control. Therefore, the TIMER mode is activated when the ON/OFF button is held down. Please note that we also have in our offer the DRY heating element, meant primarily as the dryer: en.termaheat.com/node/543

I finally managed to get a schedule to work by deleting the app on my IPad and setting up new connections with my IPhone. I left my phone under one of the radiators overnight and the radiators started at the required time. However, I still receive “out of range” and cannot control anything via the app if the phone is not close to the radiators. It is very cold in the UK at the moment so I will be leaving my phone near the radiators overnight and hope that they start working in the morning????

I have had two radiators installed and successfully paired them with my IPad. However, I cannot get a schedule to work at all with either unit? I can setup a schedule and get acceptance messages but the rads are cold and not heating up. The timer function works from the app but you need to be close to rads with the IPad otherwise it’s “out of range”🙄

Unfortunately the proposed solution does not work as the app (v1.1.20) does not show any firmware updating option under devices. Also I am not receiving any replies on my mails to the serwis@ email address. I’ve sent an email again just now, hope this time I will receive a response.

Zestaw maskujący nadaje się praktycznie to wszystkich typów rur pod warunkiem, że średnica zewnętrzna rur mieści się w zakresie od 10 do 15 mm. Długość rurki zależy o konkretnego modelu grzejnika i użytego zaworu, jest to wypadkowa tych dwóch czynników. Najczęściej robi się tak, że wypuszcza się dłuższą rurkę i docina/pasuje z zaworem na odpowiedni wymiar dopiero przy montażu grzejnika. W przypadku grzejników z naszej oferty orientacyjną długość rurki z zapasem można odczytać z rysunków technicznych znajdujących się na naszej stronie termaheat.pl. Rysunki te towarzyszą każdemu modelowi grzejnika w zakładce DANE TECHNICZNE, pod tabelą z danymi. Długość rurki z zapasem odczytujemy z rzutu grzejnika od dołu. Please note that the point of the timer function is to allow users to define custom temperature settings for their own time ranges. So, as shown in this video, you can define the start and end of each time frame as well as the heating parameters. You can have your bathroom warmed up right before the specific time when you usually start to use it.

I grew up in old houses with radiators. We never had a built in bread warmer, but did have a built in milk box in the wall of the house. A basement canning pantry, and a phone alcove. The radiator warmer is such a great idea, I can’t believe it wasn’t in every house with radiators.
How do i set my radiator to pairing mode? I geel like that detailed is cobsrantly glossed over online & in the app instructions. I thought parhaps graphic with a dial means "set it on 4" but makes no difference. My phone copies a code when attempting to pair but i have no where to input it
The process for activating pairing mode for each product is specified in the user manual. For example, with the MOA Blue, you activate it by pressing and holding the temperature adjustment button for 5 seconds. For the KTX Blue, you can activate pairing mode by pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds. When activated, pairing mode lasts for 30 seconds. Istotny wpływ na położenie samego grzejnika ma także precyzja wyprowadzenia gałązek instalacji. I keep having issues with this radiator. Now I can't pair it with my phone. The phone seems to find the radiator when in Bluetooth mode but keeps failing at connecting. So I can't control anything. Hi, I've added a schedule to my heater, the app seems to work fine but the heater didn't turn on in the morning. Is it because my phone was on airplane mode for the night? I turned off the heater before bed (green light) as i thought it would turn on by itself at 6.30 as per schedule. Does the heater need to be on all the time? I finally managed to get a schedule to work by deleting the app on my IPad and setting up new connections with my IPhone. I left my phone under one of the radiators overnight and the radiators started at the required time. However, I still receive “out of range” and cannot control anything via the app if the phone is not close to the radiators. It is very cold in the UK at the moment so I will be leaving my phone near the radiators overnight and hope that they start working in the morning????

I have had two radiators installed and successfully paired them with my IPad. However, I cannot get a schedule to work at all with either unit? I can setup a schedule and get acceptance messages but the rads are cold and not heating up. The timer function works from the app but you need to be close to rads with the IPad otherwise it’s “out of range”🙄
We have received several reports of clock/schedule issues and are working on fixing them. In the coming days a software patch should be published. You will be able to download and install it automatically through the control application.
