i got newer version of basic same gamepad options are the same, got it work on wire setting "Home+X+R1" for the wire setting, but i needed Bluetooth link it and your guide did the trick thanks had this gamepad for 2-3yrs never could get it to work many thinks

Thank you mate! Now i can play some pc games with my controller. I have a Evo VR controller in the whole time I've been connecting it like how I did with my phone which you pressing the home button and X. Which didnt work on pc Bluetooth.

Use a different USB Cable than the one provided as it would not work on Windows, but as soon as I used a less cheap one it worked straight away so use a different USB then windows will recognise it instead of pretending to be dead.

It said the controller is connected but when i tested it in the usb settings its not doing anything

Not working . My Gen Gamge S5 connected but it dsnt work always paired error

How to connect two controllers?

I would connect it by bluetooth, start steam in big screen mode then go to settings/Controller settings/controller configuration and there configure the controls for the controller and then it emulates a ps3/xbox 360 controller

I can't get to connect it to my PC using USB. That's weird. Any solutions?

Combinations I found: USB: Before connecting cable R1+Home = XBOX (1+3 blinking, then just 3 lit if properly connected) (tested on Windows 10 with Forza Horizon 4) Home: PS3 Bluetooth (pin unknwon): A+Home; 1+2 blinking; Start+Select+Home: 1 blinking L2+Home: 1+4 blinking

I got this X3 CHINA SHIT CONTROLLER... Hold + A works for me.. It detected as "Keyboard" first.. Then when I connect it changes to "Gamepad" and starts downloading drivers.. Windows is weird.. I have no trouble connecting on my android device..

When I connect usb then the controller goes off.

I have FOYU SHIT Controller and besides the instructions being in broken English it NEVER mentions I have to hold HOME + A, instead it says L1 +HOME.... HOME BUTTON+A Worked. Now it says connected and doesn't register any of my buttons.!

i solved this problem... put right stick in different sides and push big red button it light 1 or 2 time and then try to turn it off.. push red button again and it work as normal

It works on windows 7 too. My pc detected it as a pc-ps3-android gamepad. I use Ipega pg 9157. I think it depends on the gamepad b'cos my other gamepad hasn't connected so far using the exact same data cable. I held down R1 & start.

@@pumpky_yt Maybe the cable you are using is only a charging cable rather than a data cable. Using the USB cable that came with my gamepad, nothing happened. It was after I used the cable that came with my Xiaomi Redmi phone that there was a connection.

for those who are having problems connecting to the pc via bluethooth I have a ''solution'' if you have cell phones that are accepting to connect the control via bluethooth download the ''parsec'' create the account and connect to your pc and if you don’t have parsec for your mobile version you also have the steam link I hope I helped someone

Hold start while off, then plug the micro usb in, hold for 4 seconds then release, then turn on controller to install drivers. Then you can pair bluetooth as specified holding home, and y at the same time for 4 seconds.

You can press START + SELECT buttons for 5 seconds to switch the gamepad between Dinput mode and Xinput mode. LED 1 light lights: The gamepad is in Dinput mode, which supports normal HID computer games. LED 3 light lights: The gamepad is in Xinput mode (PC360 gamepad mode), which supports XBOX360 PC game and such kind of big game.

That Controller Is Old *a little bit* I Have A Similar But Improved Controller. The Reason Why I Said It's An Improved Controller Is Because Mine Came With A Wire That Can Charge The Controller And My Phone Too And Old Tablets. *not apple tablets*

The original TERIOS does not have the same problem. The problem with Gen Game is that the devices ''see'' this as keyboard. Get a refund from the seller who sells this device to you
