Press and hold the home button plus L2 or LT and tge light should flash rapidly for it to work. Then, head to bluethood and devices ; add a device; BLUETOOTH DEVICE and select the controller. If you did it correctly, it will pop up as xbox wireless controller

For plug in and play just plug in a data transfer cable and yourr good to go..the above lengthy explanation is for the bluetooth feature

Can it connect 2 X3 controller to laptop? I'm planning to buy another X3 controller for player 2.

Yes it connects just fine....depending on your laptop the number may varry but the least is 4 bluetooth devices

After pressing the two botton it's blinking but when I connect my cable it keeps blinking same way not connecting what should I do

Is it the same model as one in the video Tutn it off Stan and plug it in. Once again, PRESS L2+HOME and light should flash faster on the#2slot on home and go to bluetooth and devices and add it under bluetooth device or it wont work

There are several X3 models, the other one has slimm triggers and bumbers with PS bumpers and triggers labelling and normal xbox ,ABXY,buttons. For that one simply press home+R1 and the light will flash fast at 3 spot and add it under bluetooth the same way
