Why is it that every time I connect a Bluetooth gampad it says Detect of Service failed on Windows 7, even though I can pair it to a cellphone device?

Even tho this didn't help me with what it says it will IT SOLVED A MUCH BIGGER ISSUE!! You showed pressing the home and X buttons to switch modes on the controller (but did it incorrectly) so that helped me realize that i need the controller in that mode for it to work properly (and not need something like ShootingPlus V3 to work). Yes i'm using it with my phone. Seriously THANKS!

@@DarkwaveYT I found out on my own that it doesn't. It's one of the reasons why the controlller is cheaper, it doesn't have trigger sensitivity, nor vibration. Still, a pretty decent device.

I've been using gamepad to play games like FAR CRY, GOW, GHOSTRUNNER etc. So I guess your games mentioned don't support external gamepad

If you're played them with emulator, high chance that you can use your pad. You just need to bind the gamepad keys yourself when the pad paired to your desktop if it didn't auto bind already, but yes, you *should* be able to play those games with gamepad.

Common modes (mentioned in manual) Home + x = Android Home + y = iOS Home + a = Switch Home + b = ps3 Alt. Modes Home + R1 = Xbox input Home + R2 = Switch pro controller Home + L1 = (I don't know if this mode is an arcade input because I never tested it) Otg mode (Both works on PC/mobile) Mobile : Xbox input + lesser latency Pc : 1 led = Xbox input, Hold the home button and 2 led will light up, it will switch to Dinput

​@@bossjmtv217 I had the same problem. Usually on pc we have two versions of usb port(2.0 and 3.0). They have different colors. So it worked for me on one of them(I just change it randomly)

Si, es mejor. Para saber eso debes hacer lo siguiente: 1. Debes conectar el mando al PC vía USB. Para eso debes mantener apretado el botón R1 hasta conectar el cable. Una vez conectado el cable recién puedes soltar el botón R1 y debería parpadear suavemente el LED 4 del botón Home y permanecer encendido el LED 3 del botón Home. 2. El LED 3 te indica que el mando entró en el modo PC360, que significa que el ordenador reconoce el mando como un control de Xbox 360 original. 3. El LED 4 te indicará el estado de la batería: si parpadea significa que está cargando, si deja de parpadear y se mantiene encendida la luz significa que ya cargo por completo, no hay manera de saber en que porcentaje de batería está. La LED 3 te indica el modo del control, que en este caso es PC360, que significa que el mando lo reconoce como un control de Xbox 360. Así amigo puedes conectar el mando por cable USB al sistema y que te lo reconozca como un control de Xbox 360 y también para que sepas sí tu control está cargado. Pro tip 1: No lo cargues con cargadores de celular por que lo intenté (osea la fuente, por que cables puedes utilizar cualquiera que le de a tu control) y la verdad no sabia si se estaba cargando por que tardaba mucho tiempo y nada, cuando lo cargas por PC tarda un buen rato pero ya sabes que se esta cargando y tienes la seguridad que se va a llegar a cargar. Pro tip 2: Mejor carga el control mientras estás jugando, por que así te diviertes mientras esperas y no simplemente prendes la PC solo para cargar el mando, me entiendes? jajajaja (es para que entiendas vato). Pro tip 3 y el más perrón: Mejor lee el manual que viene con el mando, de ahí saque toda la información y los tutoriales de KZread no me sirvieron para nada. Ayuda: Necesito saber como conectar el mando por bluetooth al PC, eso no lo sé y no me viene en el manual eso.
