My advice is if your can not step on a scale in front of your man get a new one!!!! I am 216 lbs and I have lost 30ish lbs in 3-4 mnths now. He is honest with me but I wouldn't be with him if I wasn't comfortable enough to stand on a scale with him knowing the lbs it said.

This was so cute. It made me a little sad that they couldn’t work things out & stay together. I know how it is though. I worked for years literally trying to save my marriage. But it ended up being healthier for me to leave. So I’m not judging. She does so much good for so many people. I wish them both well. 🙏🏻💜👼🏻✝️

Teresa cracks me up when she uses complicated appliances, electronics, etc. I am her age group and life was so simple for all of us that grew up with Rotary Phones and Zero Electronics. We took typing even in College, so the last 35 years have been Hell trying to get adjusted...LOL I hate even using a cell phone. I wish we could go back to our old phones> why, because we used to have rest time and relaxation time. Now we are all on call and wired 24 hours a day literally.

I love Teresa and her x husband. I still feel they belong together. In my soul I really hope he finds his way back to her and her to him. They are the strongest couple I know. They have always been amazing. And even through the bad and ugly. They still made it through. Wish I can have a reading with her. Shes so electric. 3 lbs is a restroom break. All the fiber in fruit/vegetables make you use the restroom more frequently. But consuming juice alone is not going to make you into a size 2, you gotta drink water and exercise. Be healthy for 2020 ❤

She got a high speed blender, not a juicer. Blenders make smoothies. That blender is good, but she should get a juicer as well. Also suggested to watch videos on "Fully Raw Kristina" channel as well as "Raw Boy" and "Tanny Raw". Tooooons of great recipes! It will make eating clean and healthy delicious and a joy!
