Literally started to shake/cry of happiness when they won! Also, the fact that Jerry can sing that well without a working earpiece is incredible! Some people say the rap part makes the song bad, but for me it wouldn't be the same without it.

The televoting results are AMAZING - 61.97%, 723,297 votes, which is EIGHT TIMES MORE than 2nd place YAKTAK (9.19% 107,227 votes). In addition, I want to say that Jerry Heil, and many of the other Vidbir contestants, had a problem with their headphones, which can be seen right from the beginning of the performance that Jerry took off her headphone and sang with only one. And she was showing her earpiece, which means she was giving a sign that she couldn't hear herself. Additionally, during Alyona's rap, Jerry went to the back to correct the earpiece. This is incredible beautiful and haunting. The structure of this song is so unique and captivating, both Jerry and Alyona are incredible together and supplement each other perfectly, Jerry’s vocals are angelic as are their harmonies, the rapping of Alyona is fantastic, I love the lyrics and the meanings they hold to Ukraine as a whole, I love the style of the song and how Ukrainian it is, the intro is angelic, I love the chanting feel of the verse and how it just effortlessly goes between all its segments, I love the camera angles and how they change through the song, the staging is fantastic and suits the song perfectly, it is incredibly produced and yeah the song gives me chills. Fantastic song as a whole. Since this was Ukraine we have to point out that they were still able to host one of the best national finals in terms of song quality and show production of the year in a time of war which is Uber respectable and they should be the example that every country that holds a national selection look up to. This song is incredible and I think I am going to echo all the opinions of fans on this song so far in saying that it could win and I feel like this was the best choice in their selection due to it being the only song that could possibly achieve that so they chose right. This is a fantastic entry which will easily qualify and fight for the win but I’m not sure if I’d actually want it to win because they can’t host as of now which would be so heartbreaking to every Ukrainian. I stand with Ukraine and Slava Ukraini. Even if I listen to this hundreds of times this kid 100% be the type of song that’d effortlessly give me chills every time I hear it which is what music is all about to me, the emotional impact it holds even without fully understanding the lyrics and their subsequent meaning. With that said, this song is easily 9.5/10 for me, that is only bordered off perfection because I didn’t get that immediate feeling of “perfection” whatever that is in this song the second I heard it.

​@PonchoSaGo The biggest drama was about viewers unable to vote in our national app Diia. When Ukrainians saw that the app crashed, tons of memes, jokes and bids were made about it. Most of my friends who don't even follow Eurovision spent a night refreshing the app. Cos Ukrainians hate the most when we can't vote. The result of this drama is over a million votes.
