Terence Mckenna - Fruits of the Knowledge Tree | Modernized Mckenna with Commentary

Ойын-сауық

Terence Mckenna tells us about Shamanism and the fruitful resurgence of the Goddess and the feminine in modern times. He also talks about his own personal experiences with shamanism and where he thinks the collective consciousness is headed, towards a more wholesome and balanced future. I comment and give my own thoughts after Terence. I created all of the artwork myself using Leonardo AI.

Around minute 54 or 55, Terrence talks about John Mack and alien abductees. If you haven't read it yet, Graham Hancock's book, "Visionary" reviews this aspect of shamanism extensively and is worth a read.

Speaking about your comments at the end: you may try & explore Carl Jung and the Anima, which is the female/goddess in a man (for women it’s the male/god as the Animus). Yes, this imbalance between male and female is trying to move to a balance inside our (still) patriarchal society. The Psyche in all of us has this healing response called reconciliation of opposites. Can’t just cut off one side of a polarity and think, now the problem is fixed. Hold on to both polarities and a deeper union is possible. Thx you for McKenna’s discussion; been listening to him since the early 1990s and he always is a delight for the curious among us. Peace on your journey..
