1. Shawn is a 12 round fighter, not a KO artist. His dad knows that, and is preparing for a decision. 2. He’s saying he would rather spend time making sure his fighter is maxing out all of his stats, than to be worried about what the next man is doing. This basically means he’s confident that if his guys does what he’s capable of/supposed to do, then what the other guy brings is irrelevant. Sure, he watched some tape on Bud, but he ain’t watching film every night like some trainers might. Floyd was the same way.

Terence looks ready, he has that look. Shawn I know is ready. Can't wait for this one.

Porter is a dog. That man can bang it out. He brings constant pressure.. and probably more power than bud. the only thing that he lacks is head movement. If he’s not careful he will get countered. Bud has a bit more skills but styles make fights and this fight might be right of the year if they both bring it that night.

Bud is motivated as hell to show all them haters and casuals how good he really is. I love Shawn. A fearless dog who always comes forward, no matter what, he takes this fight as a man, whereas others only talk. He's a hell of a host and commentator and just a nice guy. In the end Noone wanted to fight him, and they all know why, and after this fight the last couch potato and casual will know why. Some People say Terence has never fought a welter-caliber like Shawn porter.. That's true. But I say Shawn has never fought someone like Bud. Hear hear. The average boxing fan is a fanboy rather than appreciating the role a higher IQ plays when fists are swung. Shawn will always be almost as good. Fighting everyone isn't a measure of skills. Shawn always seems to jumps on his opponents bandwagon to try to get into his opponents heads but can't seem to make it work for him.

Porter got balls respect to him he fights anyone in his class

so excited!!! a great great fight before 2021 ends?!!! rooting for TC but this probably his hardest fight by far... a great test for TC finally?! but the skills of TC.. plus height...and TC has a superb timing and power?!.. he knocked out most of his last fights even if theyre not that tough than shawn..its still impressive knocking out opponents night after fight night after fight night???! shawn experience on the other hand will make it real hard for TC to win ..cant wait?! .

Bud camp had to take camp to another level cause he's dealing with a different level fighter with Shawn Porter. Porter has had high caliber fighters, but for Bud, he bout to dive into deeper waters. Can he really swim or has it just been that he's been standing with bent knees in shallow waters padding his arms. We shall see, come this Saturday night.
