こういう、牛肉に魚貝盛りだくさんであれば、それなりの値段じゃないと料理に期待が持て無い。安いと肉が貧弱だったりするし。高級ホテルだとブランド代とか、いわゆる価値観代とかありからね。
I have to say that what you pulled out of that shell would have been a 'deappetizer' for me. Do you at least get to keep the shell so you can paint it later? The rest was exquisite and this restauant/chef make some truly interesting and different food.
Fish with scales. Nah.
