tenz is prob more skilled mechanically than demon1 (i think low sens n high sens have there pros n cons but thats a diffrent story) but to frag out or be considered good on a pro lvl takes more than that it also relies on things out of your control ie set plays team performance coaching staff ect.

I think low sens has less cons, but as long as ur not on a crazy low or crazy high (and/or u can manage the sens very well) i bet it doesnt matter very much
