I know your theme seems to be “no talking” but would you consider talking and educating based on your experience as you go about your day? Try dryer lint, stuff into empty toilet paper or trimmed paper towel roll, them wrap in wax paper with the ends crimped. Good fire starter....

Hey guys, good to see you back. Enjoyed the video as usual. I was going to ask your name but I see the Mrs. said Aaron was having trouble starting the fire, so now what's the Mrs. name? It you are ever in the market for a good camp stove (just in case you can't get a fire) my husband and I bought the Camp Chef Everest 2X. It is the best on the market. A little pricy but with 20,000 BTUs per burner it can't be beat, and doesn't go out on a windy day.

No, mostly oats and a decent amount of flax seeds. We use oat groats and grind them up at home into a fine meal.

@@2withnature Mostly a combination of coconut flour, tapioca flour and almond flour.. They're pretty good. I'm not strictly keto or paleo myself. I just try a lot of things out of interest.
