Lol humor can be a fine line sometimes. If it's good natured it's not a big deal. We do talk but we don't script any videos so it would be weird to have 4 seconds of a random convo inserted at one point without finishing the conversation. Ultimately we want our videos to focus on the sound of nature and minimal talking. But thanks for checking out our channel, it's much appreciated!

We never thought about a Q&A but it's worth considering, thanks for the suggestion. The calls from some of the animals were a bit alarming the first time we experienced it but we realized it's nothing to be afraid of. The only real concern is bears if you're in bear country and if you take proper steps they're not much to worry about either. Once we got comfortable with it sleeping through it wasn't an issue anymore. Thanks for the support!

Glad to hear it! It's a thick mylar sheet, here's a link amzn.to/3hOmZ2J. And if it's cold out we put therm-a-rest foam under it instead in case the mattress gets a hole in it in the middle of the night we won't freeze our butts off.

Curious to know some of the products you guys used on this video. The insulation you guys used for the bottom of the bed as well as the thick sleeping bag/blanket you guys added on top as well, thanks!

We added some links for the gear we use in the description. Under the air mattress we use this: amzn.to/3F8MAgw and we sleep between 2 heavy canvas sleeping bags with normal bed sheets. We prefer this Coleman sleeping bag amzn.to/3CX9TXL which we put on top but the darker color one on the bottom is from Slumberjack. We recently ordered a 2nd Coleman bag to replace the Slumberjack though because the zipper on it is not great and is a hassle to deal with.

just found you--not sure how--love the videos, great work. I do find it odd though that there's almost no dialogue between you two.

Ya we were more concerned with the pacing and keeping the video moving along quickly and if you include our normal dialogue then it would dictate the pace of the video. It was part of the learning process though and we're going to be changing things in the future. Thanks for watching.

Depends how often we frequent a spot. There's some trails near that spot but we haven't had a chance to explore them yet.

Your videos would be a lot more interesting if you talked and let people know more about you. Also film yourself going on hikes or something active. Otherwise, it's kinda boring and repetitive.
