THere was a fragile peace before oct 7th. Hamas broke the peace with no ability to defend, protect or feed their people. Sure if they want to hold onto the past and reignite a new conflict they are within their rights to do so. Did you mean the lands they stole from the Jews? The riots they did to the Jews? A massacre that the Arabs did to the Jewish residents of Hebron in ?1927 in 1936? Al-Aqsa Mosque built on the ruins of the Jewish Temple? There have never been Palestinians. There is no such nation, there is no such country and therefore it has no history. Go read the history books, read the Tanakh, do an archaeological tour of the Jewish homeland and you will see that the Jews spoke Hebrew and practiced Judaism in this land, even before the first Muslim was born. Israel ended their occupation of Gaza in 2005. Hamas fought a civil war over the fact they wanted to continue fighting Israel. This is all literally their fault. Israel spent 10 years avoiding war and 5 years playing defense.
