there is no need of wicketkeeper (Rashid Latif) when you have Gilchrist in your team. I would remove Latif and bring in Murlidharan..Two spinners are needed!

I thought exactly the same, someone at least at this level after playing international cricket for over 20 some years should have decent communication skills , his world xi is his choice though even though Latif could be swapped with Dravid ( backup keeper and a great batsman)

That makes him a permanent member in any all time Test XI as the Wicket-Keeper Batsman. Dhoni can't make a place atleast in All time Test XI. Even Sangakkara can't replace Gilly , he can surely enter in all time XI, but as a pure batsman of Top (or middle) order.

He was our best wicket keeper. Just because moin khan had good relations with PCB they preferred moin. Rashid records may not be significant but he spoke against spot fixers and selection. A great player ruined in like dislike.

Afridi is patan. They give as good as they get if not more. That’s why he picked five pak players as many English men, Indians and Australians pick their own men, so why he can’t. He gave them a taste of their own. *although if he wanted to be 100% fair, he could (but the others could not even do this) but choose not to due to the biases existing in other teams, which needs a kick up the backside.

Why is everyone so bothered about Rashid's inclusion? It is Afridi's All-Time XI, not Ideal All-Time XI. Everyone picks their own favorites as they understand. STOP hating on anyone who chooses their own XI. It isn't a necessity that they must pick what everyone else wants. Afridi picked a solid team. Not the best in my eye, but still can be hard beating on a given day!
