You can actually land on Caldey island a walk around the monastery which wasn't mentioned in your video , two beaches north beach and south beach . the Welsh pathway goes around the whole of the Welsh coast and Pembrokeshire section is one part of it. if you are going to produce vologes you really should do some research like St Catherines fort was built along with the fort at Milford Haven as a defence against the french and is a Palmerston Fort which was ordered by Lord Palmerston to protect the british cost line but when completed were were obsolete straight away , it was used in both the great war and second world war at at one time was a zoo , it has appeared in many tv programmes including sherlock

The island is a disappointment and interesting at the same time, you can only visit the fort where, with a bit of imagination it’s interesting. You should try the walk from Saundersfoot to Tenby, not the easy walk along the top but up and down the cliffs. Hard walking but brilliant. Tenby is a fantastic place to visit and stay.. do not visit places in Tenby expecting to find big town type museums because they are all tiny, but very very good. Fantastic place.

Hello Alex. Some people start this walk along the beach, but when we went the tide was in so it was a trek up the hill and through the houses as if you were walking/driving out of town. We had to ask directions. It was a little difficult to find the start because it was down a road between some big houses. There were two walk signs, I forget one we followed (I have a feeling it was just the standard round disc with a Green arrow), but the other was the standard Acorn with an arrow. Both routes start at this point . We were advised not to follow the Acorn because that went up on top of the cliffs. We followed the other sign. It was a little rocky and difficult in some parts (crossed and followed the Acorn route several times). Not a walk for the very unfit and it took us 3+ hours. I would do it again but my wife won’t. By the way we are both 75 so if we can do it so can you 😂.

@@racelox When you get to a certain age you need the loo more, so when the loos are expensive it is a consideration. If you think I am the only one who no longer goes to Tenby because of the ridiculously high loo cost, you are wrong. We are advised that there are free to use loos in Sainsbury's so I might check that out next time I'm that way. Then again, we like Saundersfoot more as it is less commercialised and the loos on the front there are free. Its all part of the slippery slope of the withdrawal and privatisation of essential public services.

Thankyou, I'm glad you enjoyed! And thanks for the pronunciation advice! I've been visiting Wales since I was a kid and still seem to mispronounce 99% of Welsh words

People say "relatively good" meaning "quite good". Wrong. "Relatively" can only be used if there's a context. For example, "It rained all week but Friday was relatively good so we went out for the day." You're welcome.
