Tenby was the first seaside place me and my late wife, spent on our first ever holiday, and it brings back so many happy memories, especially the boat trip to Caldey Island, we stayed at a hotel called The Esplanade, on the sea front, thank you for bringing back so many happy 😊 memories, martin

I'm glad I could bring you back the happy memories, Tenby is our favourite town in Wales! I remember walking past The Esplanade as we walked down the sea front!
Absolutely agree Tenby is a beautiful place to visit, holidayed there with my grandparents in the late 80’s then took my own kids in 2019 it’s my happy place definitely worth the long journey from Manchester.
I couldnt agree more. Weve just spent a week staying in New Quay, and we visited Tenby twice during our stay. Wales is gorgeous!

Great video Alex. Thanks for sharing. Tenby is a lovely town for a holiday. Avoid August. The Caldey Island boat trip is certainly worth visiting.
Have seen Singapore and San Francisco and a few places in between. Tenby is #1.

the premeir inn is the best hotel in tenby and the castel beach is the best beach

It is indeed, I've visited Tenby many times and never stepped foot on Caldey Island until now, I didn't know what I was missing!
Beautiful looking forward to seeing some of it. Being disabled ill try and get to what I can get too. Looks beautiful and quaint. Thank you Alex

It really is a beautiful place! I would say it's very easy to explore around and see everything as its so compact, there's always something great around every corner!

Well, we filmed this video over 2 days and we did manage to fit everything in although they were 2 very full on days, and we would have loved to have had more time to relax on Caldey Island, so I would say either 2-3 days. Thanks for watching and I hope that helps!

Is there a campsite for brining a camper van?

You can pitch your camper van on the haven site, it is just 10 mins walk to Tenby and it has direct access to the beach. So no need to drive and pack up your camper every day.
How much is the boat rides to the island?

When we went it was around £15 per person for most of the boat trips available from Tenby
