Template Columns in Tekla Structures
Ғылым және технология
Have you ever run into an issue with your BOM being so large that it's running off the page or hitting other templates? Templates can be customized to a specific height and then to stack into columns so that all of the information can fit on a single sheet.

Hi. Nice video! Is any way to define same template for different paper sizes? I mean, is it possible to define more than one values of column height?

You can 'scale' templates when they are used on different drawing layouts, but I'm not aware of a method to have different column heights defined.

Normally you'd use a footer row, but that seems to just output on the first column. I was able to add a "blank" row (no content type applied) as the last row in the template, and then put a value field in it for something like "total weight" and it works well.
is it possible for a new column to stack to the left rather than right directions?

You can use the "top left/top right" options in the column settings to change the stacking order.

Hi, unfortunately I don't know. The oldest version I currently have access to is 3.6 and the option is available there. Best reach out to your local support.
