    It's really great to see a plate carrier of that quality made in Europe, the removable Roc buckle on the shoulders is an amazing improvement.

    Agreed! 👍 The thing is that a lot of people have no realization about the amount of great tactical products available in Europe. This mainly because the social media marketing is small compared to USA made products. But this doesn't mean that EU products are "lesser" in quality, on the contrary products from Europe are generally better because the USA market is saturated with junk, besides some of the well-known brands. This product is definitely a good example of this. ✌️ I Viper

    @@ReconBrothers I actually agree on this. I'm from California. Alot of the popular brands in the US use very old designs and last generation materials. They are still good, but designs like these blow them out the water. What makes it worse, European brands will only offer a limited selection of their products on their USA online stores. I wish US stores offered as many camo options as European ones. Also, shipping is so expensive. I I want to buy alot of Direct Action products but its so hard to get. I just ordered a Agilite K19 and now I wish I got this instead in Concamo

    Would love to see a Level-III-A soft-armor compatible (Hyperline/Hardwire) version with 360-degree protection through the cummerbund, with a rubberized surface on the upper chest/shoulder to maintain stock contact, matching Multi-Cam Velcro on MC carriers. That I would buy.

    This looks amazingly comfortable and resilient, if proper weight distribution is employed when building the loadout i think this can be the best on the market so far. Really cool product and i'm amazed they are made in Europe. Good job !

    I like the wings, as my current FirstSpear Tubes wear down my shirts around that area. However, I think the biggest change is the right shoulder, where the ROC buckle was removed, because pretty much every other plate carrier with QD buckles on the shoulder has them on both. My current setup is actually a Velocity Systems Scarab with the left cummerbund modified with FS Tubes, and the left shoulder modified to use a Magpul Paraclip to interface with the D-Ring, which still allows it to swivel. One thing I would have liked is instead of an extra row of MOLLE at the top, make the area behind the velcro a zippered admin pouch.

    Would you choose this or the Direct Action Gear Spitfire MKII?

  • @ReconBrothers

    @ReconBrothers

    Difficult to say. They're both very good systems, but are designed for slightly different purposes. The DA Spitfire is more for fast paced in-and-out approaches to be as light and compact as possible. The TG ROC is more made to provide comfort for longer periods of carrying it and thus for more overall combat purposes. I Viper

    Hi Stephen, I noticed you had an additional question here, that was not in your email. So in case you haven't found the answer yet: "The front panel is modular and changeable (compatible with Mayflower®/Velocity Systems standard). The back panel allows to install dedicated zip-on panels (compatible with Crye Precision AVS standard)". ;) I Instinct

    just checked your shop, it says 15-20 weeks production time, is it correct to asume you have no stock and are basically dropshipping? shame since I wanted to order the PC but don't want to wait that long

  • @ReconBrothers

    @ReconBrothers

    Dropshipping is not the case for TG, but it's made on request to offer every size & camo option. At the moment production times are indeed that long which is something they're working on. Before Covid-19 this was only 4 weeks and hopefully it gets back to that situation asap. | Viper

    As an American I’m confused on why Europeans would need plate carriers? Isn’t it illegal to have body armor over there? Here Crye precision is known the be the best.

  • @ReconBrothers

    @ReconBrothers

    We had the same idea some years ago, but according to EU laws every citizen is allowed to possess 1 set of ballistic plates and 1 ballistic helmet per person. However some countries might have more stricter laws that don't allow it. So plate carriers also have a place here outside governmental applications. | Viper
