Why is there no direct access to the dining table from the kitchen ? Seems it would make formal dining inconvenient . The amount of natural light is good, and the master bath is my favorite feature in this house. I would also prefer the placement of the back porch to face the water.

That house is all most exactly what I want. A 3/2 single story one level with at least one additional bedroom other than the master bedroom with the size to handle a queen size bed. Second requirement an open modern floor plan at least 1900-2000 square feet. Lots of kitchen storage space. The third requirement was I wanted a three car garage! That garage was so shallow I do not think it could hold a truck, unless the video was deceiving. Nice home.

Lenoir City and Knoxville (15-30 minute drive from Tellico Village) have pretty much all the healthcare options people need.
