The fact that we are here as kenyans arguing whether or not our President used a teleprompter is the reason why we keep being taken for a ride every five years by politicians we are petty as a country we need a serious mental shift.

@@vinnox4527 You cant compare bro we are under a new constitution and back then kibaki had much control over the budget allocation and they were only 8 provinces with Uhuru some of his functions are devolved hence he could not be as hands on as kibaki because county govts are also responsible for economic growth and for president ruto you can not say if he has failed or succeeded until he finishes his term so there is nothing to compare Uhuru's government with because president ruto is the 2nd president after the devolved system of governance until he completes his term thats when we can make an informed analysis about his governance vs uhuru's

My president is undeniably sharp, witty, discerning,consequential,moving,persuasive and above all, his oratory skills are a cut above the rest. Presidential speeches are very important hence have to be written; at the UN he speaks for every Kenyan not just himself. After main speech he can choose to add other thoughts and concerns, case in point Jayden.

If the speech was not good, the Kenyan Opposition leaders should get together and give a better speech countering what was not good and in Dr. Ruto's speech. That what opposition is all about. Not whining.
