Thank you for this. I've been in a telepathic nightmare for a couple months with someone trying to puppeteer me all the time. I wasn't seeing how much I was agreeing to it and co-creating it by my own empathy and fear. Have been trying hard to heal myself and treating the situation like a dark night of the soul I had to go through rather than just learning techniques to cut him off. This has been the most difficult thing I've ever experienced and it seems silly now that I didn't learn techniques to block him out. since you went through it for months, which im guessing they gained more power over you over time to affect you worse, did you manage to black their puppeteering you? currently going through this myself with someone trying to completely rewrite and brainwash me just constant thought bombarding me to affect me subconsciously while also impacting me physically from it all. any tips or advice given you posted this 6 months ago would be appreciated.

@@Joxa514 I’m so sorry you’re going through it. I hate to say that I’m still experiencing it, but it’s lessening more and more. When I posted that comment, I was seeing it more about telepathy but it’s more like spiritual attack, which I was under for years but didn’t know until this person showed up physically to manipulate and syphon me. It’s been extremely difficult, but what helps me so much is seeing how much I’ve healed as I’m getting back to my true self. The technique in this video will work if you don’t have trauma stored in your body, but if you do, that’s how they attach to you. What helps me a lot is connecting as much as I can deep down to my authentic self, back to source (where they can’t manipulate as much) and also doing EFT tapping (free on KZread) which helps move that energy out of the body. Last month I joined a psychic protection group that I wished I joined sooner from Maya Zahira (she’s on KZread) which I would recommend as she can see what’s going on and guide you through it. She said I might have a couple more months left of this. Most important thing is trust in yourself. Know it’s a long process - there’s no quick fix. But it will get easier. Maybe it is just a telepathic thing for you that can be handled easier but I’m thinking it’s probably always deeper, into full energetic attack. I wish you so much luck with it. Do check out Maya Zahira’s spiritual empowerment academy if that resonates. Much easier to do it with a group going through the same ❤️

In my experience, yes, you can shut down and block all or some communication between self and others at will. Using affirmations and using your higher self. As a highly tuned Empath I learned to do this and also block out others unwanted thoughts and block energy vampires. It wasn't easy. Practice and unconditional self love will help you succeed with this desire. 🦉🦋🙏🕯💖🌹

Interesting talk. I suspect that our belief systems create mental blockages in this free flow of that energy which Tom calls "intent". So, until we free ourselves from them (which seems to take quite a while), I think we are forced to use tools (like protection rituals) to circumvent those belief blockages. 🙂

@@AmandaCV_ Well, it depends on what kind of connection you have with them. The best protection you can always have is by evolving because if you are more evolved than them, you can simply raise your frequency and be in a place that they can't reach you. Some rituals (tools) like dancing, music, incense, being near animals, being in sunlight can help you raise your frequency if you're having trouble. In my POV, raising its own frequency is basically what Tom does to shut them down, but not everyone is at the same spiritual level that Tom is. If you can't be at a higher frequency, then you have to work with the tools you have. The best tool is to fix the relationship issue. Understand why is these people harassing you. Are they people you have hurt one day? What could you do to make amends? Can you try to help them to move on? Do you show sympathy for them? Have you interceded for them? If they are really disturbed people that only want to entertain themselves from your fear, then how about not showing fear? How about laughing at them, finding it funny? Understand what from you is attracting them. Is it the places you visit? Is it a blood connection? Is it thoughts that you have that are very alike them? The unfinished businesses that we have with someone can be very hard to get rid of. For example, if you kill someone, I imagine it will be almost impossible to get rid of the ghost of the person you killed that will be always in your mind. This is part of your karma, specially when we made a huge mistake that caused that. Sometimes we have to live with it until we have another chance to repay it, and time is the worst of all the punishments because it's the only one you can't bargain with.

I have this exact problem righthere and still do but using your intention ex:my thoughts can only be heard by me and then having confidence your intention is workin confidence is very very imortant then once it works just focus on something else becaus thinking about not think about sonething is still tjinking about it ex you wouldnt tunr a light off and keep thinking is it off you would just know its off this works for me but ive only recntly been using this it works great u just have to remind yourself your intention has the power you can make your own intention.
