Tel Aviv's real estate market rises into the future

Despite the ongoing war, real estate prices in Israel have remained strong, making it a surprisingly good time to invest.

One has to wonder, why don't people in Gaza, etc don't want to live in a nice place? They could build it, but would rather have tunnels.

this "news" piece has a very narrow view of the real estate market. You talk about the lack of new housing and how it creates stability and even a rise in the prices of homes. But who are those apartments for? A very ELITE group of people. Housing is a basic human right. Many can't afford to live here anymore. When that woman says, "Even if you don't plan on living here, it's good to just invest," I cringe! while the elite hoard apartments and houses as investments, the prices increase in ways that no young working couple, let alone a single person, can afford. Ridiculous. there should be a limit to the number of apartments you can own in Tel Aviv. People need a place to live

True, but I bought my place for 7 years now and it's worth more than double now. One thing you should be aware of when buying (anywhere, but especially Tel Aviv) is that you shouldn't EVER take what they say when it comes to the view seriously. If they say "they can't build over X floors there, so it won't disrupt your view", they are flat out lying.
