Disrespect for women in the African American music (hip-hop and R&B, in particular) is not necessarily the fault of "white industry folk"; the willingness of some black vixens to be objectified is to blame in the main. It bears pointing out that name-calling is one jovial part of AA culture, which is almost always not frowned at, though the language is truly hard and lewd oftentimes. Fortunately,we're still relatively "safe" in that respect (i.e. calling women demeaning things in songs and music videos) in most parts of Africa;hoping that we're not going to degenerate along those lines also. You're right! He still has a lot to make up to Kenyan fans for that incident;he needs to for the sake of his brand as an artist. An artist like Tekno shouldn't have been associate with such ugly incident of taking his fans for a ride. I'm a Nigerian in love with Kenya and Kenyans.
