Tekla Structures 2020 - Show and Modify Drawing Views in the Model

In Tekla Structures 2020 you can now show the drawing views of the selected drawings in any of the open model views to get a clearer understanding of exactly where a drawing view is located in the 3D model, the view direction, and the 3D extents of that view. You can adjust those views by using direct modification to show and modify the view extents and view plane in the model and have that reflected on the drawing.

Has something changed in 24?? I have no Contextual tool bar... I need to use this to flip the viewing direction on the Z axis.
Would be great if the drawings can be uploaded in trimble connect and each view switch from 2d to 3d in order that manufacturers can use that to do easiest the interpretation of drawings

Yes that's an idea we are discussing here as well how to more fully integrate Trimble Connect and Tekla Structures

Can you undo beyond a Save?

In short, the answer is no. Here is an article that explains how the undo history works. At the bottom it lists situations when the undo history is cleared. teklastructures.support.tekla.com/2020/en/mod_undo_history

Why is the original detail is reverse? Tekla has ruined something again? and they hade to do something about it? That is why this new invention? I have been working with Tekla for 20 years and I have never managed to do a reverse detail.

No nothing is ruined :-) It was an example to show how we can reverse the views. That example was cut from a different drawing that was cut from the other side so no need to be alarmed
