Which item ? these are all in game items / costumes (no mods)… I’m on PS5 version. You can rotate / resize and reposition items to get different effects.

Yeah basically he’s already Fei Long / Bruce Lee. Btw when adding headband you must use default hair and was best match for Ryu currently.
