What I mean is a different intonation. In Tekken 7 and previous ones, it was Jin's voice, here it gives a bit of an impression of madness and fun.

His UF 4 is sexy

He looks SO much crazier in this game than he's ever been. Not only is his moveset way more focused on actually using his Devil powers, but the character himself is also explosively dangerous, violent, uncontrollable & unhinged, which fits more than being what was essentialy a restrained force of nature. He is the perfect dark mirror of the 'real' Jin, who in contrast incorperates the Devil Gene's power into his karate without being consumed by it.

The voice difference between Jin and DJ in T8 is vastly superior when compared to T7 imo. He feels a lot more mad, unhinged and more importantly, evil in this iteration.

Really good voice acting, he now reminds me a bit of Jedah from Darkstalkers, which is fitting because that character was also voiced by Chiba.

I'm playing dj for the first time and when doing my electrics, I sometimes missinput and do a big kick that seems to launch the opponent laying on the ground for a combo? It looks like the B+4 kick but I’m not pressing that. What input am I doing? I've watched this video multiple times and can't find it, can someone help?

Actually I think it is B+4, but the devil kazuya fight just has automated combos while I’m trying to learn him so it’s doing wacky stuff lmao
